We’re supporting a rapidly scaling AI driven payments company in London that is looking for an ambitious candidate, who is looking to be the MLRO ideal for someone ready to step into their first MLRO role or with 1–2 relevant positions already under their belt.

The company is not regulated, so the risk environment is low. What they value is sharp thinking, strong fundamentals, and someone who wants to grow fast in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing AML/financial crime in a low-risk environment
• Building and refining policies, controls, and frameworks as the business scales
• Working closely with AI, product, and operations teams
• Gaining day-to-day exposure to some of the smartest founders in the space

What They’re Looking For

• Excellent academics and a sharp, analytical mindset
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial crime (1–2 roles ideal)
• Someone proactive, curious, and hungry for ownership
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deeply collaborative office culture

Important 5 Days in the Office
